The Channel Development Manager works with existing and prospective partners in promoting and selling BEC’s wire-line and cellular connectivity solutions. The focus of partner development is about learning customer needs and understanding how BEC’s value proposition can address the business objectives, risks, and opportunities of our partners and their clients.


• Achieve sales revenue quota objectives consistently on a quarterly basis in support of regional growth objectives.
• Has a strong understanding of customer needs; uses customer feedback and leverages cross-functional team to improve sales/customer experience

HR Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager

BEC Technologies, a fast growing broadband networking product supplier is looking for a professional, energetic, self-starter to fill the position of Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years general accounting and HR experience, including hands on experience with general ledger and day to day accounting operations in a fast paced, growing company.


• Maintain and prepare company and financial records.
• Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, bank reconciliation, journal entry, Petty Cash reconciliations, generate weekly cash flow.
• Process payroll, Retirement Plans, sales commissions, and expenses
• Manage AP and AR. Liaison with bank on all financial matters.
• Implement HR procedures, maintain employee records and policy manual in accordance with state and federal laws, payroll preparation, administer employee health insurance plan
• Manage all regular audits for insurance, city business tax and sales taxes.

Systems Engineer 1

Systems Engineer I

A Systems Engineer is responsible for configuring, testing, and troubleshooting BEC’s device products in customer’s lab or field networks. And ensure BEC’s products perform as expected within customers’ networks and standards during pre-sales and post-sales service period. Systems Engineer is also required to identify problems and product shortcomings using hardware & software diagnostic tools and make resolution or improvement suggestions to design engineers.


• Configure, test and verify BEC’s DSL, wireless, fiber and 3G/4G LTE access router devices in labs and live customer WAN/LAN networks.
• Consult with design engineers in fixing field issues, analyzing device system logs, and capture test data o RF measurements for resolving issues.
• Analyze WAN network operating data and ATM/IP message captures related to issues with BEC’s devices and customers’ equipment.
• Confer customers on determining device routing configuration, testing and deployments requirements.
• Program and compile BEC device software & firmware to operate within carrier network specifications.
• Implement and support carrier customers’ broadband network build-out and deployment plans.
• Resolve any radio cell site design and sector antenna installation issues.
• Support the engineering team with any additional testing to meet project mile stones.
• Design and perform test plans in the labs as well as in the field
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve and update test processes
• Analyze network log files, RF signal charts, IP messaging and provide resolution recommendations to engineering and manufacturing divisions.

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Telecommunications Required.
• 2- 3 years of experience with mobile device testing (LTE, EVDO/HRPD, CDMA, IMS, VoLTE, SIP, RTP, RTCP). Familiarity with SIP/RTP/RTCP protocols.
• 2-3 years of Device data collection and post-processing software, e.g. QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark, Accuver XCAL or XCAP or other equivalent software packages.
• 2+ years experience writing technical documentation, preferably test plans/ requirements/ specifications.
• Familiar with IP and related technologies including IPv4, IPv6, IPSEC, Routing protocols, Networking protocols.
• Familiar with various nodes on the LTE/CDMA/UMTS networks
• Familiar with using various 3GPP, 3GPP2, and CTIA standards
• Ability to multi-task between several high priority initiatives simultaneously and to organize and process large amounts of data.

The main areas of focus for the Director of Operations & Planning are, to drive and oversee the production/logistics process according to forecasted demand and customer service requirements, to manage inventory/material planning and supply chain strategies. This position is also responsible for eectiveness and continuous improvement of quality control systems and internal procedures.


• Manages all activities associated with work orders, production schedules and ensures that actual production/productizing meets customer requirements.
• Controls various cost factors to ensure maximum utilization of available capacity and resources.
• Manages inventory and material planning according to demand forecast.
• Aged and excess inventory management
• Develop and oversee the QA & RMA systems to ensure all product quality and customer satisfactory levels are met

Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and logistical problem resolution to customers (telco, carriers, service providers, end users) by performing troubleshooting, diagnosis and guiding customers through step-by-step technical and logistical solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform other related works as required.


• Drive pre and post-sales customer product support including set-up, customization, configuration etc.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
• Work with customers and engineers to gather network logs, captures, and analyze the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving broadband services including Wifi, 4G/LTE, DSL, Cable, fiber switches, routers, VoIP etc.
• Research required information using available resources;
• Identify and escalate priority issues per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Redirect problems to appropriate engineering or operation personnel.
• Accurately process and record call transactions using company CRM tracking software;
