While BEC warrants reliable products that are free from defects, occasionally failures do occur for various reasons. To minimize down time and service interruptions, BEC ConstantCare will repair or ship a replacement unit to the customer within one business day of receipt of the failed unit. The return shipping will be pre-paid by BEC. The replacement part may be refurbished, or substituted with similar components at the option of BEC. It is BEC’s commitment for continuous innovation and development of new features to its products as the technology and markets advance. This service extends the life span of the LTE devices and ensures you have the latest functionality. Whenever there is a major release of software or firmware you will be notified via email of the latest software features and enhancements.
BEC understands each carrier’s network is unique. Many settings are customized to accommodate the carriers’ services. ConstantCare Technical Representatives will work with the carrier to determine the best settings and configurations on the CPE devices. These customized settings & configurations will then be built into the firmware specifically for your services. Your firmware will be maintained and updated as needed to ensure it reflects any changes to your network or services such as APN, remote management settings, wireless security etc.
The products & devices you purchase will be loaded with your customized firmware and fully tested prior to shipment. Factorypre-loaded firmware will not be erased when reset, rebooted, or powered-off.
A trained Technical Support Engineer will be assigned to manage all of your technical requests. The ConstantCare Representative will be trained to be familiar with your network, firmware and product needs.
ConstantCare offers a 24-hour Response Time Guaranteed for all support requests sent via email or through the BEC Support Ticketing system. Your request will be received immediately and attended by an assigned Technical or Customer Service Representative within 24 hours of the request.
Your device settings and configuration may need to be updated to reflect future services and network changes. BEC ConstantCare includes a professional service that allows you to return your devices for factory refurbishment and firmware updates at no charge. Replacement parts & accessories (mounting kit, cables, power adapters, antenna, packaging etc) are also available by request for an additional cost.
