Hybrid IoT Gateway with Direct-to-Cell Connectivity
The BEC MX-340-D2C is an industrial Hybrid IoT gateway that combines 4G LTE connectivity with Direct-to-Cell (D2C) capability to extend communications beyond reliable terrestrial cellular coverage. Designed for low- to moderate-bandwidth IoT and field applications, it supports monitoring, telemetry, control, and remote access across utility, energy, transportation, and industrial environments.
Multiple WAN options, including LTE, Direct-to-Cell, and Ethernet, provide flexible connectivity for remote and unattended sites. Automatic failover and outbound load balancing help maintain network availability when connectivity conditions change. Dual Gigabit Ethernet, serial interfaces, digital input, and GNSS support integration with meters, RTUs, controllers, sensors, and other field assets.
Built for field deployment, the MX-340-D2C features a rugged metal housing, IP50 protection, wide DC input, and DIN rail or wall-mount installation. BECentral® CloudEdge provides centralized monitoring and management, including zero-touch provisioning, analytics, reporting, alerts, diagnostics, and remote visibility across distributed deployments.
