RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell BEC’s WWAN/Cellular devices, Wireline Gateways, and cloud solutions by written & verbal presentation of BEC’s value proposition.
  • Understand BEC’s products and services – how they are differentiated, priced, and competitively positioned
  • Create product proposals that position BEC products as the best solution.
  • Support and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and/or regions.
  • Create lead generation strategy and work with the marketing team to execute campaigns
  • Participate in trade shows, customer, or partner training/promotional events.
  • Support regional VP and senior sales managers on achieving quarterly sales goals.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Support sales and marketing activities of BEC’s customers and channel partners.
  • Coordinate and handles all customer requests including solution proposal, product evaluation, quotation, forecasting, pricing, site visits, etc.
  • Assist the customer in the resolution of all issues
  • Participate in sales team calls and market development activities
  • Some travel may be required.

EDUCATION:

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

QUALIFICATION:

  • 3~5 years of customer service and/or sales experience is required
  • Strong phone prospecting and cold calling skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and be able to work independently
  • Experienced in sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work quickly and collaboratively
  • A great attitude and strong work ethic

Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting team members in overall marketing planning, tasks, and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested

  • Research, develop and support lead list generation initiatives that support sales & marketing
  • Execute lead generation and nurturing activities to support sales goals including email campaigns, PR, influencer outreach, social media, and more to engage high-quality leads
  • Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall demand generation
  • create projections and measure ROI
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate logistics associated with trade shows. (Including but not limited to booth space rental and layout/design, promotion, meeting rooms, pre-show, and post-show communications, shipping products to tradeshows, trade show schedule, set up and tear down) and measure ROI
  • Research and Maintains a list of tradeshow/event schedules relative to target markets and business direction. and show schedules
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
  • Ensure processing of leads in CRM system and distribution to salesforce
  • Ensure social media activities are fully integrated with other communications efforts

Required Skills

Must know and understand advanced features of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and knowledge of HTML.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of customer service skills.
  • Experience managing outside agencies and vendors
  • Ability to adapt and work in different styles, both quickly and collaboratively
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work quickly and collaboratively
  • A great attitude and strong work ethic

Education

  • A Bachelors / Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Preferred: 4 to 5 years real-world marketing experience
  • Experience in the telecommunication industry a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Product technical support for BEC’s 4G LTE, FTTx, xDSL, M2M/IoT products, and BEC’s Cloud Management platform.
  • Work and support customers to design network architecture and applications
  • Provide solution for field technical and configuration issues
  • Assist customer in network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Provide customer demonstration of the configuration of BEC products.
  • Support regional sales team to complete successful product trials & evaluations
  • Perform technical training and education to customers
  • Travel to customer sites to support lab testing and/or field trials

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of product support experience in telecommunication, IT/computer, data networking industry
  • Knowledgeable of WiFi, LAN networking, 4G LTE, TCP/IP, RF protocols.
  • Familiar with Telco, ISP, and wireless carriers’ network equipment and operations
  • Understanding of network technologies including xDSL, GPON, Active Ethernet, Wireless LAN, 4G LTE, and other networking technologies
  • Hard-working and willing to learn new skills and technologies
  • Working experience with telephone carriers or service providers (ILEC, CLEC, IOC, and ISP) is required
  • 20% domestic travel may be required
