The BEC 8920M is an intelligent Single Port VDSL2 Gateway supporting pair-bonding technology capable of 200Mbps downstream over existing copper infrastructure. It provides a simple and cost-effective solution for high-speed VDSL2 single or pair-bonded service offerings with vectoring up to 17a profile, as well as ADSL2/2+ fallback with PTM/ATM mode support. Service providers have the flexibility of network operations modes, routed mode for single-port Router functionality, or bridged mode for deployment behind an existing router. Remote CPE management is available via standards-based TR-069 or BEC’s Cloud Management platform, BECentral®, for enhanced functionality and extended network visibility.
