Through informative conference tracks, an IoT Exhibition floor, case studies, special events, networking and more you will understand how the Internet of Things (IoT) will be the driving forces behind improving efficiencies, driving revenue opportunities and solving business problems across multiple industries and in nearly all business functional areas.

Make sure to attend “Whats is Up with this CAT 0, and all These Other CATs?” on Friday, February 10th at 10:00 am in Grand E. BEC’s own Any Germano will be speaking about why different CATs are needed and how they can be used to benefit their IoT deployments. Full description below.
Andy Germano, BEC Technologies and Angel Mercedes, Sierra Wireless will be moderated by Doug Wilson, Verizon.

“Industries have a tendency to be Acronym crazy, but in this case its confusing is it an abbreviation for CATegory, or an acronym for Category of Antenna Types? For the Enterprise’s that question is irrelevant. What is relevant is why these different CATs are needed and how can they be used to benefit their IoT deployments. This session explains the differences the value in deployments and the release schedule.”
