NEBSA 2020 Annual Conference
February 10, 2020 - February 12, 2020
The National EBS Association (NEBSA) is the professional association for those institutions who hold EBS (formerly ITFS) licenses. Originally named the National ITFS Association, NEBSA was established in 1978.
NEBSA is dedicated to providing the information and support licensees need to preserve and enhance the educational value of their spectrum.
Membership in NEBSA is composed of representatives from K-12, post-secondary, and other education-related nonprofit entities, many of whom have operated EBS systems for a number of years.
NEBSA provides an expanded forum for the exchange of information and advice on new technologies, new educational applications, and commercial relationships for its members. Members share information with one another and the association organizes an annual conference, typically in February, to discuss issues of importance to members.
NEBSA is a leading advocate for use of the spectrum set aside for education by the FCC and represents the interests of EBS licensees at the FCC.
Board members and officers are members who volunteer their time and talents to fulfill their elected office responsibilities and help govern the Association.
